About Easier to read
We have written some information in a way that is easier to read.
We work with people in the community to make sure it is helpful.
We write this information in 2 ways:
- Easy Read – this means we use simple words and short sentences. We also use pictures to help explain things. Easy Read was first used to support people with intellectual disability and low literacy.
- Easier to read – this means we use simple words and short sentences. We do not use pictures. It is for people who need clearer and simpler information. It helps our diverse community.
In the documents we provide links to find out more information. The linked information will not be easier to read.
