Companies (Application of Laws) Act 1981 (WA) applies the provisions of the Companies Act 1981 (Cth), as if amended as set out in Sch 1 to the former Act, "as laws of Western Australia": s 6. The minister may from time to time authorise the publication of the Companies Act as thus amended and the document thereby published may be cited as the Companies (Western Australia) Code: s 10(1) and (2)(d)
