Taxable fuel has the same meaning as in the Clean Energy Act 2011.

Note that the Regulations establishing the Opt-in Scheme under Part 3, Division 7 of the CE Act are yet to be made.

Liquefied petroleum gas is, in turn, defined by reference to subsection 3 (1) of the Excise Tariff Act 1921.
