The following abbreviations are used throughout this explanatory memorandum:
| AAT | Administrative Appeals Tribunal |
| Accredited entity | An entity accredited under Part 5.2 of the Data Availability and Transparency Bill 2020 as an accredited user and/or an Accredited Data Service Provider. |
| Accredited user | An entity accredited by the Commissioner as an accredited user (within the meaning of the Data Availability and Transparency Bill 2020). |
| ADSP | An entity accredited by the Commissioner as an accredited data service provider (within the meaning of the Data Availability and Transparency Bill 2020). |
