SECTION 183T   PROTECTION OF MEMBERS  

183T(1)   [Action does not lie against member]  

An action or proceeding, civil or criminal, does not lie against a member of the Committee for or in respect of an act or thing done, or report made, in good faith by the member of the Committee in his or her capacity as a member.

183T(2)   [Act done in good faith]  

An act or thing shall be deemed to have been done in good faith if the member or Committee by whom the act or thing was done was not actuated by ill-will to the person affected or by any other improper motive.
