S 219RAC inserted by No 23 of 2000, s 3 and Sch 2, item 10, effective 26 May 2000.

Item 11 of Sch 2 of No 23 of 2000 provides that the amendment applies only in relation to a person who is detained under s 219Q, or to whom s 219R applies by force of s 219P, after commencement of the amendment on 26 May 2000.
