SECTION 227B  

227B   DEFINITIONS  

In this Part:

operator
means:

(a) in relation to a ship - the owner or master of the ship; and

(b) in relation to an aircraft - the owner or pilot of the aircraft;

prohibited item
means a thing to which this Part applies because of section 227D.
