SECTION 15BE   Moratorium - effect of Banking Act statutory management on annual general meeting  

(1)    
This section applies to a body corporate that is required under section 250N or section 601BR of the Corporations Act 2001 to hold an annual general meeting within a particular period.

(2)    
Despite section 250N and section 601BR of that Act, if a Banking Act statutory manager is in control of the body corporate ' s business at the end of that period, the body corporate need not hold that annual general meeting.
