SECTION 106   TRUSTEE MAY ADMINISTER OATHS ETC.  

106(1)   [Entitlement to fees]  

A trustee may, for the purpose of carrying out his or her duties under this Division, administer oaths and take affirmations and affidavits, but is not entitled to charge a fee in respect of such an oath, affirmation or affidavit unless he or she is authorized to do so as a Commissioner for Affidavits.

106(2)   [Application]  

This section does not apply in relation to the Official Trustee.
