128M   REFERENCES TO A MEMBER OF AN ELIGIBLE SUPERANNUATION PLAN  

References in a provision of this Subdivision to:

(a) a member of an eligible superannuation plan; and

(b) a bankrupt;

do not imply that the bankrupt may not be the member.
