SECTION 186P   CESSATION OF REGISTRATION AS A DEBT AGREEMENT ADMINISTRATOR - NO REFUND OF FEES  

186P(1)   [ Where person ceases administration]  

This section applies if a person ceases to be registered as a debt agreement administrator.

186P(2)   [ No refund allowed]  

The person is not entitled to a refund of all or part of a fee paid by the person in relation to the person ' s registration as a debt agreement administrator.
