Payments (including an advance under section 113 ) to an institution or other body under this Act may be made out of:

(a) in the case of payments under section 27A - the Consolidated Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund; and

(b) in the case of payments under Part 2.2 (other than section 27A ) and Part 2.4 - the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
