SECTION 201D   CONSENT TO ACT AS DIRECTOR  

201D(1)  [Need for signed consent]  

A company contravenes this subsection if a person does not give the company a signed consent to act as a director of the company before being appointed.

201D(2)  [Consent to be retained]  

The company must keep the consent.
