Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992

PART 1 - PRELIMINARY  

SECTION 3   ACT BINDS CROWN ETC.  

3(1)   [Crown to be bound]  

This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, each State, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.

3(2)   [Crown not liable to prosecution]  

Nothing in this Act permits the Crown to be prosecuted for an offence.
