GENERAL FEES RULES
The trustee, or the trustees, of a regulated superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund must not charge entry fees. 99B(2)
An entry fee is a fee, other than a buy-sell spread, that relates, directly or indirectly, to the issuing of a beneficial interest in a superannuation entity to a person who is not already a member of the entity.
