Division 7 - Notification of refusal of requests  

SECTION 69   NOTIFICATION OF REFUSAL OF REQUESTS  

69(1)   [Application]  

This section applies if:

(a) a person makes a request under this Part; and

(b) the Commissioner of Taxation refuses the request.

69(2)   [Written notice of refusal]  

The Commissioner of Taxation must give the person written notice of the refusal.
