APPLICATION OF SECTION 29 OF THE
PUBLIC GOVERNANCE, PERFORMANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT 2013
Section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) does not apply in relation to:
(a) an APRA member; or
(b) an APRA staff member; or
(c) a person to whom paragraph 48D(b) applies.
