55 Review

(1)
An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a review of a decision of the Commissioner:

(a) refusing an application for registration under section 7 ; or

(b) refusing to make a payment of a fuel grant under section 16 ; or

(c) as to the amount of such a payment.

(2)
In this section:

decision
has the same meaning as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 .
