SECTION 21  

21   OBJECT OF PART  

The object of this Part is to set up a procedure for all account balances in eligible rollover funds to be paid to the Commissioner.

Note:

Part 4B provides for the Commissioner, where possible, to unify any such account balance in respect of a person into a single active account held by a superannuation provider in respect of the person.
