Schedule 1 Repeals and amendments

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(2) For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999:

(a) the Chairperson and the APS employees assisting the Chairperson together constitute a Statutory Agency; and

(b) the Chairperson is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
