Schedule 1 Repeals and amendments

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(4) For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999:

(a) the Director-General and the APS employees assisting the Director-General together constitute a Statutory Agency; and

(b) the Director-General is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
