If a Product Disclosure Statement states or implies that the financial product will be able to be traded on a financial market (whether in Australia or elsewhere), the Statement must state that: (a) the product is able to be traded on that market; or (b) an application has been made to the operator of that market for the taking of such action as is necessary to enable the product to be traded on that market; or (c) an application of a kind referred to in paragraph (b) will be made to the operator of that market within 7 days after the date of the Statement.
