TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE INSOLVENCY PRACTICE SCHEDULE (CORPORATIONS)
Section 30-1 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) applies in relation to liquidator return years that begin on or after the commencement day. Meaning of liquidator return year 1561(2)
In working out the liquidator return year for an old Act registrant under subsection 30-1(2) of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations), " the day on which that registration first began " , means " the old Act registration day for that person (as defined for the purpose of Part 10.25 of this Act) " . Annual statements under the old Act 1561(3)
The repeal of section 1288 by Schedule 2 to the Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016 applies in relation to liquidator return years beginning on or after the commencement day.
