TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE INSOLVENCY PRACTICE SCHEDULE (CORPORATIONS)
Sections 65-5 and 65-15 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) do not apply in relation to money received before the commencement day. Old regulations continue to apply to money received before commencement 1588(2)
Paragraph 5.6.06(1)(b) of the old regulations continues to apply in relation to money received before the commencement day.
Repeal the heading, substitute:
Old regulations continue to apply to money received before 1 September 2017

Sections 65-5 and 65-15 of the Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations) do not apply in relation to money received before the commencement day. Old regulations continue to apply to money received before commencement 1588(2)
Paragraph 5.6.06(1)(b) of the old regulations continues to apply in relation to money received before the commencement day.
