SECTION 880A   880A   PART DOES NOT APPLY TO MARKETS LICENSED UNDER SPECIAL PROVISIONS ABOUT OVERSEAS MARKETS  

Nothing in this Part applies in relation to:

(a) a financial market the operation of which is licensed under subsection 795B(2) ; or

(b) an application for the grant of a licence under that subsection.
