FINANCIAL SERVICES AND MARKETS
As soon as practicable after a significant modification of the standards body ' s constitution takes effect, the standards body must notify the Minister in writing of the modification. 921Z(2)
The notice must:
(a) set out the text of the modification; and
(b) specify the date on which the modification takes effect; and
(c) contain an explanation of the purpose of the modification. 921Z(3)
If no notice is lodged with the Minister within 21 days after the modification takes effect, the modification ceases to have effect. 921Z(4)
A notice made under this section is not a legislative instrument.
