INSOLVENCY PRACTICE SCHEDULE (CORPORATIONS)
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person makes a representation; and
(b) the representation is that the person is a registered liquidator; and
(c) the representation is false.

Penalty: 30 penalty units.
