SECTION 182
Applications for examination orders
182(1)
An * examination order can only be made on application by the *responsible authority for the *principal order, or the application for a principal order, in relation to which the examination order is sought.
182(2)
The court must consider an application for an *examination order without notice having been given to any person if the *responsible authority requests the court to do so.
