Offence for giving unexecuted form of warrant
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person gives a magistrate a form of * search warrant under section 230 ; and
(b) the document is not the form of * search warrant that the person executed.
A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person gives a magistrate a form of * search warrant under section 230 ; and
(b) the document is not the form of * search warrant that the person executed.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years or 120 penalty units, or both.
