Division 2 - Obtaining information about controlled property  

SECTION 272   Offences relating to exercise of powers under section 268 or 269  

272(1)    

A person commits an offence if the person refuses or fails to comply with a requirement under section 268 or 269 .

Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months or 30 penalty units, or both.

272(2)    

A person commits an offence if the person obstructs or hinders a person in the exercise of a power under section 268 or 269 .

Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months or 30 penalty units, or both.
