SECTION 275A  

275A   Failure to produce a book  

A person commits an offence if:

(a)    the person is required by a notice under paragraph 270(1)(e) to produce a *book; and

(b)    the person refuses or fails to comply with the notice.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months or 30 penalty units, or both.
