19   Section 189 (definition of attributor )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

attributor :

(a) in relation to an author's moral rights - has the meaning given by subsection 195AC(2); and

(b) in relation to a performer's moral rights - has the meaning given by subsection 195AHA(2).
