SECTION 23-30   PARTICIPANTS WHO WANT TO WITHDRAW FROM SCHEME

participant must notify the private health insurer that issued the policy in respect of which a person is a participant if the person no longer wishes to be registered in respect of the policy.

23-30(2)    
A private health insurer must notify the Chief Executive Medicare of each notice the insurer receives under subsection (1) , in the ^[*]

23-30(3)    
If notified under subsection (2) , the Chief Executive Medicare must revoke the person ' s registration in respect of the policy.
