PART 2 - TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO CHAPTER 2 OF THE NEW ACT

SECTION 8   APPLICATION OF PART 2-3 OF THE NEW ACT  

(1)    
Part 2-3 of the new Act applies to an amount of premiums worked out on or after the commencement time.

(2)    
Schedule 2 to the National Health Act 1953 continues to apply in relation to any amount of premiums worked out before the commencement time.
