SCHEDULE 2 - AMENDMENTS

Health Insurance Act 1973

14 Subsection 3(1) (definition of hospital )
Repeal the definition, substitute:

hospital
has the meaning given by subsection 121-5(5) of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 .
