Schedule 1 Amendments relating to greenhouse gas storage etc.

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

Definition

(7) In this section:

petroleum title means:

(a) an exploration permit; or

(b) a retention lease; or

(d) an infrastructure licence; or

(e) a pipeline licence; or

(f) a special prospecting authority; or

(g) an access authority.
