SECTION 36   APPLYING FOR A LICENCE  

36(1)   [ Application]  

A person may apply for a licence by lodging an application with ASIC on or after 1 July 2010, or a later day prescribed by the regulations.

36(2)   [ Approved form]  

The application must be in the approved form.
