Schedule 2 Amendment of the Australian Law Reform Commission Act 1996

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(1) The members are to be appointed by:

(a) for a full-time member - the Governor-General; and

(b) for a part-time member - the Attorney-General, by written instrument.
