Schedule 4 Consequential amendments

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(3) The Secretary may, in writing, delegate all or any of his or her powers under this Act to:

(a) the Chief Executive Centrelink; or

(b) a Departmental employee (within the meaning of the Human Services (Centrelink) Act 1997).
