SECTION 19
CANCELLATION
19(1)
The Secretary must make a determination cancelling Australian apprenticeship support loan that is being paid to a person if the Secretary is satisfied that: (a) the person is not qualified for Australian apprenticeship support loan; or (b) Australian apprenticeship support loan was not or will not be payable to the person in relation to a relevant instalment period of the person; or (c) the person has requested that the person ' s Australian apprenticeship support loan be cancelled.

The Secretary may make a determination cancelling Australian apprenticeship support loan that is being paid to a person if: (a) the person has been given:
The Secretary must make a determination cancelling Australian apprenticeship support loan that is being paid to a person if the Secretary is satisfied that: (a) the person is not qualified for Australian apprenticeship support loan; or (b) Australian apprenticeship support loan was not or will not be payable to the person in relation to a relevant instalment period of the person; or (c) the person has requested that the person ' s Australian apprenticeship support loan be cancelled.

The Secretary may make a determination cancelling Australian apprenticeship support loan that is being paid to a person if: (a) the person has been given:
(i) a notice under section 59 ; or
(b) the person does not comply with the notice.
(ii) a notice under section 71 that requires the person to inform the Secretary of an event or change of circumstance; and
