344   Carbon pollution cap regulations

If this item commences on a day (the commencement day ) before 31 May 2014, the Clean Energy Act 2011 has effect during the period:

(a) beginning at the start of the commencement day; and

(b) ending at the end of 30 June 2014;

as if section 16 of that Act had not been enacted.
