211   Subsection 3(1) (definition of Territory)

Repeal the definition, substitute:

Territory means:

(a) an internal Territory; or

(b) Norfolk Island; or

(c) the Territory of Christmas Island; or

(d) the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
