316   Subsection 6(2)

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(2) This Act does not extend to a work if:

(a) the work is proposed to be carried out by or for the Northern Territory; and

(b) money of the Northern Territory is proposed to be expended by that Territory in carrying out the work.
