Acts and Instruments (Framework Reform) (Consequential Provisions) Act 2015 (126 of 2015)
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

2. Schedule 1, Part 1 |
The later of: (a) the start of the day after this Act receives the Royal Assent; and (b) the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Acts and Instruments (Framework Reform) Act 2015. |

3. Schedule 1, Part 2 |
The later of: (a) the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to this Act; and (b) immediately after the commencement of Schedule 4 to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Act 2015. However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur. |

4. Schedule 2, Part 1 |
A single day to be fixed by Proclamation. However, if the provisions do not commence within the period of 6 months beginning on the day this Act receives the Royal Assent, they commence on the day after the end of that period. |

5. Schedule 2, Part 2 |
At the same time as the provisions covered by table item 4. However, if that time is the same time as, or after, the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Acts and Instruments (Framework Reform) Act 2015, the provisions do not commence at all. |

6. Schedule 2, Part 3 |
The later of: (a) the commencement of the provisions covered by table item 4; and (b) immediately after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Acts and Instruments (Framework Reform) Act 2015. |

7. Schedule 2, Part 4 |
At the same time as the provisions covered by table item 4. |

8. Schedule 3 |
The later of: (a) the start of the day after this Act receives the Royal Assent; and (b) immediately after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Acts and Instruments (Framework Reform) Act 2015. |
Note: This table relates only to the provisions of this Act as originally enacted. It will not be amended to deal with any later amendments of this Act.
