2   Commencement

 

(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Immediately after the time specified in the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Amendment Act 2015 for the commencement of that Act.

4. Schedule 2, item 2

Immediately after the time specified in the Indirect Tax Laws Amendment (Assessment) Act 2012 for the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to that Act.

1 July 2012

5. Schedule 2, item 3

Immediately after the time specified in the Migration Amendment (Temporary Sponsored Visas) Act 2013 for the commencement of section 2 of that Act.

29 June 2013

6. Schedule 2, item 4

Immediately after the time specified in the Tax Laws Amendment (Confidentiality of Taxpayer Information) Act 2010 for the commencement of Schedule 2 to that Act.

The 28th day after this Act receives the Royal Assent.
