Division 3 - Accumulated VETSL debts  

SECTION 23CE   ACCUMULATED VETSL DEBT DISCHARGES EARLIER DEBTS  

23CE(1)    
The accumulated VETSL debt that a person incurs on 1 June in a financial year discharges, or discharges the unpaid part of:

(a)    any VETSL debt that the person incurred during the calendar year immediately preceding that day; and

(b)    any accumulated VETSL debt that the person incurred on the immediately preceding 1 June.

23CE(2)    

Nothing in subsection (1) affects the application of Division 2 or section 23CB , 23CC or 23CCA .
