Revoking and suspending approvals

SECRETARY TO NOTIFY RELEVANT VET REGULATOR AND VSL TUITION PROTECTION DIRECTOR IF APPROVAL IS REVOKED OR SUSPENDED
If the approval of an approved course provider is revoked or suspended, the Secretary must give written notice of the revocation or suspension to:
(a) the relevant VET Regulator; and
(b) the VSL Tuition Protection Director.
If the approval of an approved course provider is revoked or suspended, the Secretary must give written notice of the revocation or suspension to:
(a) the relevant VET Regulator; and
(b) the VSL Tuition Protection Director.
