Schedule 2 Veteran payment

Paragraph 45SB(1)(a) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986, as inserted by this Act, applies in relation to:

(a) a claim made on or after the commencement of this item; and

(b) a claim made before that commencement, where the claim had not been determined immediately before that commencement.
