SECTION 30B  

30B   CIVIL PENALTY PROVISION FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH NOTICE  
A person is liable to a civil penalty if:

(a)    the person is given a notice under subsection 30A(2) ; and

(b)    the person fails to comply with the notice.

Civil penalty: 60 penalty units.
