S 47 amended by No 65 of 2024, s 3 and Sch 1 items 67 and 68, by substituting " This Part deals with miscellaneous matters, such as the review of decisions, the continuation of certain obligations for former reporting entities and former reporting nominees, delegations by the Minister, annual reporting, a statutory review and the power to make rules. " and omitting " In addition, this Part provides that certain entities are taken to have become reporting entities before the commencement day, with their first reporting periods starting on or after the commencement day.
